About The Southern Alberta Division.
The Canadian Corps of Commissionaires is a Canadian organization established in 1927 and operating in all Provinces and Territories. The Corps has about 18,000 members who serve in the 17 autonomous Divisions throughout Canada. Each Division is separately incorporated and provides employment for former members of the Armed Forces, Royal Canadian Mounted Police and other qualified individuals of good character who can meet our stringent qualifications.

Southern Alberta Division

The Southern Alberta Division was established in May 1937 with eight (8) members and has grown to over 1300 members, employed throughout Southern Alberta (area code 403). The Division was incorporated under the Companies Act of Alberta in September 1972 and operates as a not-for-profit company.

Our mandate is to provide qualified members with useful and meaningful employment while promoting and advancing the employment opportunities of Commissionaires in Southern Alberta. We provide security services, as well as administration and management services for all levels of government and commercial clients.

Our main office is located in Calgary at 518 – 9th Avenue SE and we have regional offices in Red Deer at #205, 4909 – 48th Street and Lethbridge at #103, 1202 - 3rd Avenue South. We also have members located in the areas of Drumheller, Olds, Medicine Hat and Suffield.
