Client satisfaction and always striving to exceed expectations has played a major role in the success of the Southern Alberta Division. In 1999 we became ISO certified, implementing a quality assurance program that has measurable benchmarks to monitor, validate and improve on our performance and provide value added services. We are now ISO 9001-2000 certified and registered by the Quality Certification Bureau Inc.

The Southern Alberta Division is committed to management practices that place our clients and the quality of our services at the top of our agenda. Our first quality objective is "to build on our reputation as a provider of quality service by reviewing the effectiveness of service delivery to clients on a regular basis, identifying their concerns, and being proactive in problem resolution". In conjunction with each client, we develop Post Orders and put into place a structured process for reporting and correcting non-conformances. Our management team, together with our internal auditors, ensures that we deliver services as promised

The delivery of quality services and performance by our Commissionaires requires a quality and recognized Occupational Health & Safety program. The Alberta Government has recognized our OH & S program and a “Certificate of Recognition” has been awarded in the Partnership program for Health & Safety in the workplace.
